Why all the sensors? The previous owner was very unluck with this Alfa Romeo. He was a very competent mechanic, and replaced the clutch on the Alfa Romeo, but from that point, he could not get it to run properly, so he started chasing faults and following online advice. Many parts were checked, disassembled and replaced when they didn't need to be. The issue was the flywheel, on these Alfa Romeo Spiders, the Flywheel needs to be orientated in position with flywheel sensors in the correct position and if this is not done correctly, the car will not run properly.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Alfa Red (AR530) and features a black convertible soft top, a front air dam and a rear spoiler.
The 14″ steel wheels are mounted with New General Altimax M/S Tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted discs at each corner.
The original three-spoke steering wheel frames Jaeger instrumentation consisting of a 220 KM/H speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer reads 34,789 KM.
The 2.0-liter DOHC inline-four features Bosch L-Jetronic fuel injection for a factory rating of 115 horsepower and 110 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
