2010 Ford Econoline Cargo Van. The previous owner had begun to make this in to a conversion campervan, and probably got half way before he lost interest. You can finish the job, make a conversion camper and rent it out when you're not using it, or you can rip everything out and have yourself a regular work van.
In it's youth, the van was a Home Depot van, so you'll find traces of orange and it's recently had a repaint in white. It has 4 good tires and air conditioning.
